Business Development Executive

Salary: 30k - 35k + Incentives

Experience: 2 years

Location: Pune / Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing sales in the assigned territory. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to close deals and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in field sales of minimum 2 years.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
