Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves meeting potential customers, generating leads, pitching products/services, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Promote and present company products/services to clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Prior experience in field sales or related role preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (any stream).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
