Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling IT solutions or consulting services, particularly to manufacturing industries such as foundries and machine shops. This role requires on-field visits to potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales for our software products and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site visits to potential clients to understand their business needs and promote relevant IT software solutions.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the foundry and machine shop sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Conduct product presentations and software demos tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the technical and consulting teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on field activity, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, especially in the manufacturing and industrial automation domain.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in software or IT consulting services.
  • Experience in dealing with clients from foundries, machine shops, or industrial manufacturing sectors is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
