Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Property Sourcing:✔️ Identify and source residential, commercial, and retail properties for sale, rent, and lease. ✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, builders, and landowners. ✔️ Conduct market research to identify prime locations and upcoming property listings. ✔️ Verify property details, legal documents, and ownership before listing. ✔️ Coordinate with landlords, developers, and brokers to onboard properties. Sales & Leasing:✔️ Understand customer requirements and suggest the best-suited properties. ✔️ Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers and tenants. ✔️ Negotiate prices and finalize deals to meet sales targets. ✔️ Assist in property documentation, agreements, and legal formalities. ✔️ Provide clients with expert advice on market trends and property investment opportunities. Lead Management & Customer Engagement:✔️ Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential buyers/tenants. ✔️ Maintain a database of properties and client leads using CRM tools. ✔️ Coordinate with marketing teams to promote properties via social media and listings. ✔️ Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. Required Skills & Qualifications:✔️ Experience in Real Estate or Sales (preferred). ✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills. ✔️ Ability to work on-field and travel within Coimbatore. ✔️ Good understanding of real estate documentation and market trends. ✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent in client relationship management. ✔️ Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital property platforms. ✔️ Two-wheeler & valid driving license (preferred).
