This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Surat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Daily tasks include visiting client sites, resolving service issues, providing guidance on using our software solutions, and collecting client feedback for product improvement. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
