Shift Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Marketing Executives with proven expertise in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry. This role focuses on sales-driven marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management across multiple regions in India. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful PEB projects.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordination: Work closely with internal teams for proposal preparation and project execution.

• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.

• Field Work: Yes (Extensive travel involved)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in PEB industry sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
