Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive Company: Paytm (One97 Communications Ltd.) Location: [ pali district ] --- Job Summary: As a Field Sales Executive at Paytm, you will be responsible for expanding Paytm’s merchant network by onboarding retailers, shop owners, and small businesses. You will promote Paytm’s payment solutions and financial services to increase merchant engagement and transaction volume in your assigned area. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new merchants to the Paytm platform. Promote Paytm’s QR codes, sound boxes, EDC machines, and other business solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants for regular usage. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Educate merchants about Paytm products, offers, and features. Resolve merchant queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and share daily sales reports with the team leader. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream). Experience in field sales, telecom, or fintech preferred (freshers can also apply). Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
