Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, promoting products/services, and growing the customer base. Your confidence, outgoing nature, and ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory. - Visit clients regularly for sales meetings, product demonstrations, and relationship building. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools. - Gather market insights and competitor information to support strategic planning. - Follow up on leads, manage sales pipelines, and ensure timely closures. - Work closely with internal teams (marketing, support, etc.) for smooth customer onboarding. - Provide feedback from the field to help improve products/services and customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (3 years preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
