Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive (Male Preferred) to promote our software products and generate new B2B clients. If you are passionate about sales, love meeting people, and want to grow in the tech industry, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in your assigned region
• Conduct in-person meetings to understand client needs and explain our software solutions
• Deliver product presentations and live demos
• Prepare and send proposals, and follow up to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor competitor activities in your area
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in field sales or B2B sales (software sales is a plus)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in client interactions
• Comfortable giving presentations and handling objections
• Basic English speaking and writing skills
• Passionate about sales and open to learning new technologies

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹2 to ₹6 LPA (based on experience & location)
• Travel Allowance: ₹5,000/month (on submission of bills)
