You will be joining Onwords Automation Private Limited in reimagining the way people live, work, and connect with spaces by combining luxury with innovation to create unparalleled experiences. As a Field Sales Executive based in Coimbatore, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting market research, visiting clients, presenting products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Expect frequent travel within the region to engage with potential and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily customer visits and generate leads through field interactions. - Present and demonstrate smart automation products, emphasizing key features and benefits. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business. - Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. - Provide valuable market feedback on customer insights, trends, and competitor activities. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales (preferred). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. - Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals (a plus). - High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude. - Willingness to travel extensively covering around 150 - 200 kms daily.
