About Us

Ojin Bakes is a fast-growing bakery and confectionery brand in Kozhikode, known for delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods and innovative products. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients including supermarkets, retailers, cafés, and distributors.
• Promote and sell Ojin Bakes’ product range to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery coordination with the operations team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market insights.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and product sampling activities.
• Report daily/weekly sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, bakery, or food & beverage sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and nearby areas.
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Diploma (Graduation preferred).
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
