Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

About Us

Ojin Bakes is a fast-growing bakery and confectionery brand in Kozhikode, known for delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods and innovative products. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients including supermarkets, retailers, cafés, and distributors.
Promote and sell Ojin Bakes’ product range to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
Ensure timely delivery coordination with the operations team.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market insights.
Assist in executing promotional campaigns and product sampling activities.
Report daily/weekly sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, bakery, or food & beverage sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and nearby areas.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Diploma (Graduation preferred).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
