Field Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon (with regular site visits across NCR) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off; complementary leave if working on Sunday) Bike: Mandatory Primary Responsibilities1. Site Visits & Coordination Visit project sites for: Inspection of delivered material Measurement for lighting, carpet, and acoustic panel installation Installation support and coordination 2. Material Handling & Coordination Pick up and drop samples from/to vendors, warehouses, or sites as per requirement Ensure physical handover of material at site and take proper receiving/proof of delivery 3. Installation Support Coordinate with installation teams for lighting, carpets, and acoustic panels Update the internal team on installation progress and flag any delays or issues immediately 4. Communication & Reporting Maintain daily updates of field activities (site visits, pickups, deliveries, etc.) Report site photos, work progress, and any pending issues to the operations head/project coordinator 5. Documentation Collect and maintain proper documentation of: Delivery challans Site measurement sheets Installation checklists Work completion photos Work Timing & Flexibility Office timing: Fixed for administrative work and reporting Field work: As per site requirement; timings may vary (no fixed time) Sunday: Weekly off; however, if site work is required, the executive will be compensated with a complementary leave Eligibility Requirements Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English Basic knowledge of products Prior experience in field/site coordination is preferred Should be familiar with Google Maps and WhatsApp for coordination and reporting
