Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive mattress sales and expand our retail/distribution presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, the ability to close sales, and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Dealer/Distributor Development: Identify, onboard, and manage retail dealers and distribution partners in target markets. Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets across retail and B2B segments. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest mattress technologies, materials, and competitive offerings. Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform recommendations for improvements and growth strategies. Promotions & Events: Support in-store promotions, exhibitions, and local campaigns to increase brand visibility and footfall. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and leads using CRM tools or Excel reports.
