Job Description Gagan Food Products is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our food products in assigned areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits. Key Responsibilities Visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other customers regularly in the assigned territory Promote Gongloo Gagan Food Products and explain product features, quality, and pricing Generate new leads and expand the customer base Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collection Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates Requirements & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Experience in field sales, FMCG, or food products is an advantage Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area Basic knowledge of sales reporting Two-wheeler with valid license preferred Skills RequiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills Sales and customer-handling ability Target-oriented and self-motivated Problem-solving mindset BenefitsAttractive salary + incentives Travel allowance Growth opportunities within the company
