Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Personal Loans and Business Loans within the assigned territory. This role involves proactive sourcing of new customers, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate Leads: Actively prospect and generate new business leads for Personal Loans and Business Loans through market visits, cold calling, networking, and engaging with local businesses and individuals.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (disbursement volumes and fee income).
  • Customer Acquisition: Convert leads into successful loan applications by providing accurate product information and ensuring a smooth application process.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and develop new markets and customer segments to expand the company's reach.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Needs Assessment: Accurately assess the financial needs of potential clients and recommend the most suitable loan product (Personal or Business Loan).
  • Application Facilitation: Guide customers through the loan application, documentation, and approval process, ensuring adherence to all internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Post-Sales Service: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Documentation: Ensure all customer documents are collected accurately, verified, and submitted promptly.
  • Policy Adherence: Operate within the defined policies, procedures, and regulatory framework of Hindustan Loans and the financial industry.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using the designated CRM or reporting system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the reporting manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,923.55 - ₹20,000.00 per month
