Field Sales Representative Intern - Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Bhubaneswar Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Field Sales Representative Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This is a hands-on opportunity for an individual interested in gaining practical experience in the financial services and field sales sectors. The intern will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, promoting our loan products, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Key Responsibilities Customer Sourcing & Lead Generation: Actively travel within the assigned territory to generate new sales leads and identify potential customers for various loan products. Conduct on-the-ground customer meetings and presentations to explain the features and benefits of Hindustan Loans' products Sales & Target Achievement: Work closely with the Field Sales Managers to meet weekly and monthly sales/sourcing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist customers through the initial stages of the loan application process, including documentation collection and initial verification. Market Research & Feedback: Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer needs to help tailor our sales approach. Provide feedback to the team on customer response, market trends, and product requirements. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate daily reports of field activities, customer interactions, and sales progress. Qualifications & Skills Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or recently graduated). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi, Oriya. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated local area (Fieldwork is mandatory). A high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and a results-driven attitude. Preferred: Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role (even part-time or voluntary). Knowledge of basic financial products and services. Possession of a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license (due to the nature of the field role).
