They focus on delivering high-quality solar products and services that contribute to a greener future. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned region. Meet potential customers, understand their energy needs, and pitch suitable solar solutions. Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct site visits, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the internal team for quotations, proposals, and project coordination. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (preferably in solar, electrical, or related industries). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and travel locally. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
