Job Purpose:
The Salesperson will focus on promoting and selling EVs to commercial and individual customers in Raipur and nearby regions. This position involves engaging with local businesses, understanding their logistics needs, showcasing vehicle features, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential customers, especially small and medium business owners, in a professional and approachable manner.
- Understand customer logistics needs and provide tailored cargo EV solutions.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, including test drives.
- Conduct field sales activity.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotations, and financing options to customers.
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements effectively.
Product Expertise:
- Maintain extensive knowledge of EV models, features, benefits, and applications.
- Stay informed on EV technology trends, competitor offerings, and market demand in the Raipur region.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with business owners, logistics managers, and distributors.
- Manage follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and update client information in the CRM database.
Documentation and Coordination:
- Handle all necessary sales documentation, contracts, and other paperwork accurately.
- Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth sales transactions and post-sale service support.
Market and Marketing Support:
- Participate in dealership marketing efforts, including local trade shows, events, and customer outreach programs.
- Identify and provide feedback on market trends and potential sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally in automotive, commercial vehicles, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with the Raipur logistics and transportation market is advantageous.
Licensing:
