Job Description

Lead and manage the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product presentations to potential customers. Identify business opportunities, new leads, and target markets. Train, motivate, and support field sales executives to improve performance. Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and submit daily/weekly updates to management. Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth sales delivery. Resolve customer queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to create effective sales strategies. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Proven 2–5 years experience in field sales or sales management. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities. Good knowledge of local market and customer behavior. Goal-driven personality with problem-solving mindset. Ability to handle targets, travel for fieldwork, and manage a team.
