Field Sales Executive

Job Description – Sales Executive (School ERP Software) Location: Bhopal (travel across Madhya Pradesh as required) Employment Type: Full-time About Us :We are an EdTech company providing advanced ERP software solutions for schools to simplify administration, academics, and communication. Our goal is to help schools improve efficiency through technology-driven solutions. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to sell our ERP software to schools. This role involves direct client visits, product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with school management across Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities : •Identify and generate leads from schools in Bhopal and other cities of MP. • Meet school principals, administrators, and management to present ERP solutions. • Deliver product demos and explain software benefits. • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through closures. • Build long-term relationships with schools for repeat business and referrals. • Submit regular reports of leads, visits, and sales. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory). • 1–3 years of experience in field sales / software sales / education sector sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Bike is mandatory for field visits. • Laptop preferred (company will provide if not available). • Willingness to travel extensively within MP.
