Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to represent our company in the legal sector. The role involves meeting Legal Heads of organizations, Corporate Counsel, and Lawyers at law firms/offices to generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with legal heads, law firms, and practicing lawyers.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and pitches with potential clients.
  • Promote companys legal/consulting services and ensure strong brand positioning in the market.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain client relationship management (CRM) records and submit regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in meeting senior professionals (legal heads, lawyers, counsels).
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales targets.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persuasive personality.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Law / Business / Management preferred.
  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in the legal sector will be an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
