Job Description: Field Sales Executive Legal Sector Position : Field Sales Executive (Legal Business Development) Location : Noida, Bengaluru, Hyderabad Experience : 15 years in Sales/Business Development (preferably B2B or services sector) Industry : Legal Services / Consulting Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to represent our company in the legal sector. The role involves meeting Legal Heads of organizations, Corporate Counsel, and Lawyers at law firms/offices to generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and build relationships with legal heads, law firms, and practicing lawyers. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and pitches with potential clients. Promote companys legal/consulting services and ensure strong brand positioning in the market. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients. Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain client relationship management (CRM) records and submit regular sales reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confidence in meeting senior professionals (legal heads, lawyers, counsels). Ability to work independently and manage field sales targets. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persuasive personality. Qualifications: Graduate in Law / Business / Management preferred. Proven experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in the legal sector will be an added advantage). Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings. Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
