Job Description

Responsibilities--- Field Sales & Market Visit Daily field visit in the assigned market areas as per the route plan. Actively search for new customers (B2B & B2C) in the market every day. Visit all locations and shops assigned by the company and maintain daily activity reports. Meet retailers, wholesalers, distributors, cosmetic shops, general stores, gift shops, and potential buyers. Generate daily leads and share them with the office team. Retail Sales Show the complete product catalog and explain MRP, margins, schemes, offers, and product benefits. Take daily orders from retailers and submit the order list to the office. Maintain strong and positive relationships with retailers for repeat sales. Resolve retailer queries related to product details, pricing, deliveries, or returns. B2B Development Identify and convert new wholesalers, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients. Present product samples, explain business margins, and close B2B deals. Follow up with potential leads to convert them into long-term clients. Work towards monthly sales goals (not compulsory, but performance-based). Market Research & ReportingCollect market feedback such as competitor pricing, offers, new trends, customer demand, etc. Share daily visit reports, lead updates, and sales progress with the management team. Provide suggestions for improving sales strategy based on field experience
