About Us- Cepora by Kuber Essentials LLP is a fast-growing fragrance and personal care brand, committed to delivering premium-quality attars, perfumes, and wellness products. Role Overview- We are hiring a Sales Executive (Full-Time) to manage inbound/outbound calls, convert leads, and assist with day-to-day sales operations. Preference will be given to female candidates, but exceptional male candidates with strong communication and sales skills will also be considered. Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Explain product features, offers, and resolve queries. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain records and prepare basic sales reports. Assist with office sales operations and order coordination. Requirements- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred). Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage. Confident, result-oriented, and willing to work on-site (East Delhi). Preference: Female candidates, but skilled male candidates are welcome. Job Type & Timings- Full-Time (On-Site) Office timings: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary- Competitive salary + Performance-based incentives. To be discussed during the interview.
