Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Institution & Field Visits: Visit colleges, coaching institutes, and local education hubs to promote the "Campus to Career" program. Conduct seminars, workshops, and on-ground marketing campaigns. Lead Generation & Counselling: Generate admission leads through field interaction, referrals, and student groups. Collect student data and counsel them about the program benefits. Engage with parents if required for program explanation and support. Marketing & Branding: Distribute brochures, posters, and promotional materials in target areas. Support digital promotions by collecting student testimonials, event photos, etc. Follow-up & Admissions: Follow up with interested students and help them with the enrollment process. Maintain records of daily visits and lead status in Excel or CRM. Local Networking: Build relationships with colleges, local tuition centers, and youth influencers to support brand reach. Coordinate with the internal team for event planning and reporting.
