Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves on-site visits to clients, identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. You will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, referrals, and industry networking.
• Understand client requirements related to HVAC/ventilation systems and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations and technical discussions with clients.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on post-sales service.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams for site assessments, installations, and service support.
• Report daily/weekly activities, leads, and sales performance to management.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in HVAC, industrial products, or engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of ventilation, ducting, or cooling systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
