Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team as an Immediate Joiner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our end-to-end Digital Marketing services and new AI Automation solutions to businesses in and around Chennai. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication and a proactive approach to client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients for Digital Marketing services (SEO, SMM, Lead Generation) and AI Automation/IT solutions.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients to demonstrate the value of Inspire Networks' services.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and successful closing of deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For (Required):

• Proven experience in B2B Field Sales, preferably within the IT, Digital Marketing, or Software/Automation industry.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) is a must for client interaction and professional correspondence.
• Demonstrable understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, Lead Gen) and a keen interest in AI/Automation technology.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and close sales.

Candidate must be an Immediate Joiner.

Added Advantage:

Proficiency in Hindi communication (written and verbal) is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
