Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to achieve assigned sales targets, including Purchase Orders, market share, and school onboarding, within the designated schools. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with school stakeholders to drive long-term engagement and success. In addition, you will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding new schools to expand our customer base in the assigned territory. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth execution of on-ground engagement activities such as Literary Fests, Principal Meets, and other school events. Another key aspect of your role will be to oversee day-to-day field operations, including ensuring timely product/service delivery and follow-ups with customers. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and reporting of field activities.
