Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Restaurant Care Hygiene Products in Ernakulam district. The role requires building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring timely payment collections, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Visit restaurants, hotels, and food outlets within Ernakulam district to promote and sell hygiene products

• Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent growth.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per company policy.
• Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and after-sales support when required.
• Maintain proper records of sales visits, customer feedback, and collections.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Uphold company values of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Accountabilities

• Achievement of sales and collection targets in the assigned territory.
• Ensuring full market coverage within Ernakulam district.
• Proper reporting and documentation of field activities.
• Representing the brand image positively in the market.

Requirements

• Male, below 27 years.
• Residing within 20 km range of Ernakulam city limits.
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
• Passion for sales with good communication skills.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel extensively within Ernakulam district.
