Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Agri Drones Location: Mysore Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month Openings: 1 Experience: 1 year experience is required in field sales in Agri Drone/ Agri equipment/ Agri Input industry About the Role: We are hiring a Field Sales Officer to promote and sell agricultural drone solutions to farmers and agri-businesses. This is a field job involving travel to rural areas to meet customers, give demos, and close sales. Key Responsibilities Visit farmers and agri clients in the field (rural areas) Demonstrate how agri drones help improve farming Generate leads and follow up to close sales Train customers on basic usage of drones Achieve monthly sales targets Share field feedback with the manager Skills Required Good communication and customer interaction skills Field sales or agri-tech experience preferred Problem-solving, negotiation, and goal orientation Ability to explain tech products in simple terms Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred) 1+ year of sales or marketing experience Familiarity with CRM tools 2-wheeler license (Preferred) Languages Preferred Kannada (Fluent) Basic English (for reporting and communication) Perks Product training provided Incentives for performance Be part of cutting-edge agri-tech solutions If you enjoy fieldwork and helping farmers with new technology, apply now!
