Job Description

Responsibilities: Sales Territory Management: o Develop and manage a designated sales territory to maximise sales and achieve targets. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory through proactive prospecting and networking. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: o Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. o Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our AV, automation, and BMS solutions. Sales Process Execution: o Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including preparing and delivering proposals and contracts. o Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and territory developments. Travel and Field Activities: o Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct field sales activities. o Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Qualifications: Experience: o Minimum of 0-2 years of field sales experience, preferably within the AV, automation, or BMS industry. o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a technical field. Education: o Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients. o Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions. o Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills. o Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
