Role & responsibilities

We are looking for shoppers and runners who can assist customers with on-ground shopping needs. The role involves visiting malls, factory outlets, or sales locations, connecting with customers over video calls, and helping them with product choices.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a personal shopper for customers through video calls.

Show products, share suggestions, and answer customer queries.

Take customer orders and ensure smooth communication.

Visit stores/outlets, purchase items, and deliver them as required.

Work with speed and hustle to meet customer needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors degree / Diploma
• Strong knowledge of city layouts, shopping districts, and popular locations (Pan India cities)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and confident in engaging with premium customers and luxury establishments
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to move quickly and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable visiting malls/outlets frequently.
• Customer-friendly and reliable.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week
