Job Responsibilities
D2C Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase direct-to-consumer product penetration.
Partner Store Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive in-store product placement and visibility.
Market Research & Insights: Analyze consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and store engagement metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of Delight Farms, representing us at events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in any field (Master’s degree preferred)
-1 to 5 years of experience in D2C or Retail Channel Sales
-Good Communication, and interpersonal skills
