Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive ( 5 day work week ) – IT Sales Location: Goa Salary: ₹15,000- ₹25,000 (Based on experience) + Incentives ( 5% on the revenue earned ) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a success-driven person who will be willing to travel to generate leads, meet clients & close deals for our services which include IT, hardware, software, CCTV, websites & social media marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident , success-driven, and passionate about sales with strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Client Outreach : Identify potential clients, set up meetings, and introduce our services. - Client Meetings & Presentations : Visit clients, present our hardware and software solutions, and understand their business needs. - Sales & Deal Closure : Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met. - Follow-ups & Relationship Management : Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. - Collaboration : Work closely with the internal team to provide tailored solutions to clients. - Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: - Experience: 2+ years in field sales (IT sales experience preferred but not mandatory). - Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or IT-related fields. - Other: Must have a valid two-wheeler and smartphone for client visits. Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary: ₹15,000-₹25,000 per month. - Incentives: 5% of the revenue earned - Travel Allowance: As per company policy. - Career Growth: Opportunities for promotion based on performance.
