Job Summary:

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned area.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competition.
Present and demonstrate products/services to customers effectively.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the given timeline.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
High school diploma or bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
