Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers to pitch products and offerings.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Follow up and ensure timely product approvals.
Provide post-sales support and assist with customer queries.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Prepare basic reports and maintain customer records.

Skills & Requirements:

Qualification: B. Com or B.Sc (Preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of email communication and MS Excel.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
