Website Designer and Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, update, and maintain Chemkarts corporate website and related microsites.

Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms.

Work with the SEO expert to ensure site architecture, speed, and design elements are optimized for rankings.

Maintain brand consistency in website design, fonts, imagery, and overall UI/UX.

Create intuitive navigation and user journeys for better engagement and conversions.

Manage website content updates (product pages, blogs, news, events, etc.).

Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers (if required) for backend support.

Regularly monitor performance, suggest improvements, and implement design enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Design, UI/UX, or related field.

Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Website Designer or UI/UX Designer.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.

Understanding of SEO-friendly design, website speed optimization, and accessibility.

Eye for clean, modern design and detail-oriented approach.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary marketing team.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
