Position: Website Designer and Developer
Location: Kochi

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Website Designer and Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that provide optimal user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create a visually compelling and cohesive online presence.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to incorporate innovative features into website projects.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement of website functionality and design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in website design and development.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
