Job Description

Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The candidate will manage our company's social media profiles for both our trading division of hardware items, building materials, and construction items, as well as our industrial products manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create social 'buzz' regarding new product launches and promotional events.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer preferences to ensure maximum effectiveness of social media strategies.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and ad placements.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns in real time by collecting data and producing comprehensive reports.
  • Engage with online community and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
  • Leverage social media metrics tools to track performance and determine improvement areas.
  • Advise other employees on social media best practices and promote its use within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with the hardware, building materials, construction, and industrial products market is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
