As we expand across key metro cities, we’re looking for driven Field Sales Executives to build WelMe’s on-ground presence and connect with women through experiential selling.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive at WelMe, you will play a key role in driving offline sales, product demos, partnerships, and brand visibility across malls, wellness centers, events, colleges, gyms, and retail touchpoints.

This is a field-intensive, people-facing role ideal for candidates passionate about women’s health, wellness, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Drive on-ground sales and lead generation through field visits and demos

Conduct product demonstrations and trials at malls, exhibitions, flea markets, and pop-ups

Build partnerships with gyms, yoga studios, physiotherapy clinics, salons, pharmacies, colleges, and women-centric communities

Engage directly with customers to educate them on menstrual wellness and pain relief solutions as well as personal and intimate hygiene products

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Support local marketing activations, workshops, and events

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the central team

Who We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in field sales or on-ground brand activation

Experience in wellness, healthcare, beauty, personal care, pharma, or FMCG is a plus

Confident communicator, comfortable discussing women’s wellness topics

Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive

Willingness to travel within the city
