Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Sales Executive position located in Ranchi and Jamshedpur. The primary responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers, promoting financial products and services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties involve conducting market research, maintaining customer records and reports, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Communication
Strong Client Relationship Management skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
Knowledge of Financial Products and Market Trends
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, along with goal-oriented focus
Time Management, Organizational Skills, and Attention to Detail
Fluency in local languages and knowledge of the Ranchi region is advantageous
