Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a field-based role that requires travel within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities:Identify and visit potential customers to promote and sell products/services. Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits. Demonstrate product features and explain the benefits to customers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare sales contracts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of sales, client communications, and feedback. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Report daily/weekly activities and sales performance to the manager. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Basic knowledge of using smartphones and reporting tools. Own two-wheeler (preferred).
