Job Description We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing efforts of our industrial products to manufacturing industries and ongoing projects. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Business Development Client Relationship Management Product Promotion & Sales Negotiation & Closing Technical Understanding Sales Reporting Collaboration   Qualifications Experience: We welcome both freshers with a strong aptitude for sales and marketing, and experienced candidates with a proven track record of 1-2 years in sales and marketing of industrial products, preferably paints, lubricants, or greases. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry landscape and/or experience working with large-scale real estate or industrial projects is highly preferred. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for this role, as field travel will be required to visit client sites and manufacturing units across Kolkata and surrounding areas.
