Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients such as homeowners, builders, architects, and property developers.
• Conduct on-site client visits to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Pitch interior design services and product offerings effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to create tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and design team based on client insights.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, modular kitchens, or construction-related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a field-based role.
• Ability to understand basic interior design concepts and translate client needs into solutions.
• Proficiency in email, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
