About the Role:

As a Field Sales Engineer in our Bearing division, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business in Ahmedabad and the surrounding areas. You'll report to the Sales Manager and focus on cultivating relationships with OEMs and other key accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region.
• Meet monthly order targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Collaborate with regional managers, product managers, and industry specialists to drive business growth.
• Develop targeted business plans for specific markets and execute sales seminars.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery commitments.
• Track key projects and customer activities, developing business plans for key accounts.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in sales.
• Fluency in English is essential.
