To formulate strategic plans to expand network across the assigned region/ territory in line with Company strategy. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and wellness partners. Promote the company's diagnostic services and packages to potential clients and healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to explain service offerings and value propositions. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and market share growth. Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs. Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports to management. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the diagnostics and healthcare industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiar with medical terminology and diagnostic services. Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals effectively. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. .
