Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers. Handle inbound queries from potential customers. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
