Job Description

Job Title: Tele sales / Tele caller

Job Overview:

The company is a B2B marketplace for food & grocery (kirana stores, etc. They offer services like supply chain & logistics, credit & payments, and seller onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide product information, offers, and service details over the call.

Receive orders / help customers with placing/cancelling orders, etc.
Document customer interactions (inquiry, complaints, etc.), flag unresolved ones, and escalate as needed.
Follow up on pending payments or issues with orders/deliveries.
Possibly educating customers or sellers about policies, processes, and new features.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

6 months to 5 years of experience in Tele sales / Tele caller Background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: 18k to 20k per month in hand
