Material Depot is building the Ultimate Home Decor Destination - redefining how India shops for interiors - tiles, laminates, wall decor, and more. Our online catalogue enables us to understand design trends in real time and work directly with manufacturers to launch new collections at speed. Trusted by 10,000+ homes, Material Depot is transforming a ₹100,000 crore industry, making premium interiors faster, smarter, and more accessible than ever before.We are looking for Field Sales Associates to drive on-ground lead generation and business development for Material Depot. The role involves visiting residential societies, construction sites, and commercial projects to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for the sales team.This is a high-activity field role requiring strong communication skills, local market understanding, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers in the construction and interiors ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Ground Lead Generation
  • Visit residential societies, gated communities, commercial projects, and construction sites.
  • Identify and engage with decision makers such as builders, contractors, site engineers, architects, and facility managers.
  • Requirement Discovery & Qualification
  • Understand current and upcoming material requirements including tiles, laminates, plywood, adhesives, and other interior materials.
  • Assess project size, timelines, and purchasing potential to qualify leads effectively.
  • Pitching Material Depot Solutions
  • Present the Material Depots value proposition, including product range, pricing, availability, delivery capabilities, and service support.
  • Generate interest for store visits, sample reviews, or follow-up discussions.
  • Contact & Data Capture
  • Accurately collect project details, contact information, material needs, and timelines during field visits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate sharing of lead data with inside sales and store teams.
  • Follow-ups & Sales Handover
  • Coordinate follow-up calls, site meetings, and store visits.
  • Smoothly hand over qualified leads to the sales team to support conversions and closures
