Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dehradun. As a Sales Executive for personal care products, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail shop sales, preferably in personal care or FMCG. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable personal care products. It is essential to have excellent communication skills and a passion for personal care products. Your responsibilities will include sales and customer service by recommending products based on customer needs, staying updated on product features and benefits, assisting in stock management and display arrangement, and meeting monthly sales targets by providing excellent service and upselling relevant products. You will also be responsible for informing customers about promotions, new launches, and maintaining customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail shop sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of personal care and beauty products is a plus, the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and willingness to work on weekends and holidays if required.
